We accept returns only if the fault is from our factory and product will be exchanged under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
• Returns must be requested within 9 days of receiving the item.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• We do not accept returns on sale items, customized products, or undergarments for hygiene reasons.
• We do not accept return or exchange on purchases with misinformation from customers.
Return Process:
1. Email us at return@lerksea.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship the item back to our return address (customer covers return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect).
3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
